ive been a Telstra customer for 20 odd years.i have to switch to nbn! I asked them to keep my bill the same...they could not agree with this and want to charge me 10.00 dollars more..so I said are u sure ive been with u for 20 years...they couldn't give a rats ass on that!so I switched providers to tpg… ,and now shifted all my nbn and phone over and save 20 dollars a month...I am disappointed with Telstra..i do haveto redirect ,change all my email which is painful yet in the long term I wont look back.and my move saves me 240 dollars a year
