At this stage, TUA Samba Telecom is growing and is investing capital to grow. It will take time to grow revenues and profits to service the capital. But yes it could be someone offloading. If it is a large player, one would have thought they would ask and investment bank or broker to find a home for their stock. It could be someone who was on margin or needs to liquidate their holding. Could be a fund with redemptions and need to payout. TUA might be the stock that they sell to get the funds.
