With months of outages and limp excuses I'm changing brokers - goodbye and f. off westpac.
If you make 6+ transactions in 3 months (I often do that during a day) you have access to the premium research area, but for the 3rd time in 2 months I have been denied access to it.
Their website must be the worse??
Will give netwealth a try; heard good things about them.
