Bloater your words are spot on but the thing is most on here are in debt that their vested interest is too great.
It is a hard situation because it is ingrained like a religion.
As I said before mediocre returns ( now falling) in asset that costs 30k to hold - and then to live in it.
I couldn't handle that risk
