For sure the effects were positive and I am glad that we did as well as we did during the GFC, but my point it was more way of luck and structural banking issues than anything skillful.
But to say that the ratings agencies can be trusted and that banks are immune to market shocks is unfathomable to me.
But as passive states I continue to be wrong as usual.
Time will tell.
