my question is

51% of the project is NOT ENOUGH for the banks to consider as collateral to finance $600 million.

Can you explain how you can make sure they can do this after they sold 49% project at very lower price i.e. $300 million.

It seems you agree with them selling 49% project in exchange $300 million ONLY even if the project valued for $2 billion dollars.

By the way, this is my last post since Autobot has to go back to the space getting someone help. The ML and the management are too strong as they can discuss between us!!!
