if he doesn't mod it - it's wilful irresponsibility and putting his family at risk as well as himself
should be a pretty easily understandable lesson for people - the message is
ffs don't come on and say your family has a pile of precious metal and then tell everyone which small town you live in
I really don't know how basic it gets to see the risk there
