How many companies decided to call a SPP right in the middle of a financial melt down?
You are obviously blaming shareholders for lack of money forgetting there were bigger (strategic) players wanting to play… recall at less 3 counts mentioned on SV blogg. I always thought it was the captain who goes down with the ship. This one put in place and looked to it’s own salvation (re it’s history, hurdles, vesting rights etc.) thumbing off strategic players, employees & shareholders by VA whilst solvent. Don’t forget the underlying control in subsidiaries is still had by the captain… May not be arithmetic but it adds up.
BTW It’s the patients who have suffered the most.
