Casteledwizzard, don't assume that people did not speak up or did not try to do something about it. They did, as early as 2005, you just happen not to know about it. As soon as Bowtie was made CEO by Massey he made life hell for certain senior executives and managers precisely because they asked questions and tried to prevent the disaster we all witness now. Sooner or later they were all forced to go. The only reason I don't mention their names is because I don't have their permission to do so. They were not rewarded with bonuses and perks like Fallet, Sohie and a few other underperforming cronies. Please talk to people and get your facts straight before accusing.
