gooding puts loose change to work

John Gooding has purchased more HIG shares on market. However I would like to see him allocate a significant chunk of cash to buying shares if he thinks it's a good investment.
Unfortunately I have spent a lot more than him on HIG but he ended up with more shares. Timing is everything.
