I read these 2 statements in the report and am a little confused (particularly the 2nd one).
Surely if NXS do not develop an early liquids stripping project there will be no liquid rights to retain.
Can anyone please clarify this?
1. The Production License issued to NXS for a liquids stripping project stipulates that production must start by February 2014 or they risk losing the licence.
2. However, if NXS decides not to develop an early liquids-stripping project and advises Shell accordingly, it retains the rights to the liquids forever.
