    104m acceptances on wednesday of Burns Philp offer for Goodman Fielder takes Burns holding from 23.9% to 32.7% (afr 7/3).

    I think Hart has the skill to increase BPC shareholder wealth with this deal, especially after the miraculous resurrection of BPC from the gloom of 3yrs ago.
