Goodman Group May Raise A$1.5 Billion in Capital, Review Says Share | Email | Print | A A A

July 27 (Bloomberg) -- Goodman Group may seek to raise as much as A$1.5 billion ($1.2 billion) from capital markets as soon as this week, the Australian Financial Review reported without saying where it obtained the information.
Goodman will receive feedback from its main banking advisers today, the newspaper said in its Street Talk column. China Investment Corp. may take some ordinary equity in addition to preferred securities it already pledged to buy, the Review reported.
Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is close to agreement on a large investment in one of Goodman Group’s funds in Asia, the newspaper said.
