It will put all property trust under notice. A lot of them are trading under NTA. My preference are:
Airport Retirement Hotel Industrial and warehouse Developers Port
I will stay away from office and to the less extended retailers. I believe work at home will eventually leads to office space sharing, and on-line shopping will have negative impact on retailers.
Airport will be the best asset for appreciation due to the vast land, and future development potential.
