Billion Development & Project Management has paid $A118m for the Seaview industrial property
in Hong Kong. Seaview's previous owners, Goodman Group and Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund, said they decided to sell the site to focus on the larger Interlink development. Goodman MD for Greater China Phil Pearce said the group would use proceeds from the sale to fund developments
with a shorter turnaround time.
