The embattled property trust and developer Goodman Group is under pressure to identify its strategic investor amid allegations the market in its securities is uninformed. Fund managers said yesterday Goodman should have requested a trading halt until the deals could be disclosed. Last week Goodman's chief executive, Greg Goodman, confirmed he had received "credit approved proposals" to help repay the first tranche of the $1.9 billion syndicate facility due on May 23, of which Goodman has more than $400 million due to its banking syndicate.
