    Wouldn't the best time to buy CNP be when they announce they have obtained funding or a JV of some sort.Because up until that time anything could happen like the administrators called in.My theory is buy the moment the good news comes out. This one is similar to say Multiplex the day they announced the troubles of Wembly were over was the time to buy when there was a clearer picture.By that time the share price had tanked anyway.Never catch a falling knife
