I have also sold down my holding. Still own a small parcel and will keep close watch but can't see anything substantial happening within the next month and a half. Few reasons being after speaking to the company they didn't sound confident that it would happen this year, essar group closes down from mid December to mid Jan.
Also the main reason being that caledon before announcing anything significant usually has a big jump in volume and share price spike around 3 weeks prior to announcing, cdn on the lse has been trading under it's average the past few months. My buy signal will be watching cdn spike in volume, then I will jump in. For now it may just hold 99c but will probly retrace on low volume to low 90s.
I have transferred my cash to igr whom I beleive will be taken over in the next few weeks, or an attempted takeover anyway. Hence doubling my money and allowing me to buy even more ccd.
