$13.4 Million "goodwill impairment charge" under significant items...what on earth is this??

Company seems to have done a lot of 'shoe shuffling' with structure but to no avail looking at, in my opinion, their dismal results.

If you compare this company with Chandler McLeod Group it's like comparing chalk and cheese...!!
