I wanted to get into this stock, but after looking at the balance sheet I was a little concerned at the large amount of goodwill under the asset column and the even larger amount of debt on the other side. If this company gets called on its debt, all hell is going to break loose. the closest I've seen to a stock like this is ABC learning.
