Wotif are delaying hotels payments for the month of December by about a week.
So any hotel that had a booking for early December won't get payment until 21 January.
If the customer booked in November, October or even September then that's a very long time wotif have held our money.
You talk about building relationships with hotels - I call this daylight robbery.
No doubt they have all this money sitting in a high interest deposit account.
Good for them - bad for hotels.
