Hi ashwill, I received that interview as stated previously via one of my google alerts and the article stemmed from an interview with ABC Rural Northern Territory. At the time of reading the alert, I too was confused/concerned as to the contents implications. Is he saying that the Juno downdrade that will occur has allready been offset by the new drilling results - I doubt it as a source has informed me that the downgrade will not be less than 20% of the original indicated 660koz Au/gt. How much bigger it may or may not be be, was not known at that point. We all know the history of the TC area dirt and really nothing is impossible when it comes to possible bonanza intersections and only more drilling results in the coming weeks/months will tell the true story. The other point to be considered is to whether or not the interview was actually conducted on that day (24th Mar) or on a date prior to the resource downgrade ANN and somewhat casually released by the ABC at a later date without understanding the implications of the text in the article. The simple answer for the optimist is to accept the article as it is on face value or on the other hand ignore it totally. My old man used to say "believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see". I'm sure glad Hot Copper wasn't around for him to read.
