If it's something your worried about, next level would be to investigate Android Custom Roms. Custom operating systems for your phone, plenty that strip away all the bloatware and installing the Google system apps is optional. XDA forums is a good research point.
Big tick for Thunderbird mail using ProtonMail and Brave browser from me. For the first time I've started using a Linux ROM as my operating system as I really don't like what is in the pipeline for Windows 11, AI and the Recall feature. Have not resorted to Tails........ yet
