been plenty written about this as a broad topic... but they are very, very sneaky and ongoing all the time
one specific thing is now whenever I log in to a media site ( or open a media site when already logged in) they ( Google) continually ask in a pop up to log in through them so that if I go via Google News or search it will automatically log in and you can see whole articles and not just headlines before having to log in!
sounds harmless heh.....I don't think so... it's all about control and eventually they will usurp many of the media companies ...let alone knowing even more about us
perhaps the most alarming thing is I have had the same thing whilst using Firefox or Samsung Internet ... not just google Chrome!
