    Hi birdman29, thank you for that and just a passing comment from me.

    My neice has put an offer on a house and I checked it out on google and the most recent image was 2008. Anway it showed me a house on full size block similar to other blocks along that street. I then recalled that my neice had said that the block in fact had been subdivided into two and the google map did not reflect this. So I decided to look it up on Nearmap and to my surprise there was the same property subdivided into two and the home that was on the google imagery had obviously been substantiaaly renovated since the block was subdivided. It also showed building of another house underway on the other half of the block.

    As I scrolled through the houses along the street I noted a competely different picture to that of google. Many blocks had in fact been subdivided and in some cases their were two new houses on one block instead of the one old home shown on the google imagery.

    Nearmap may be able to capitalise on this.
