I wouldn't get too worried with this - there are other devices that have been trying to get FDA approval for the number of years that Atcor received their CPT code (at least 3 years), with no success.
We provide central BP measurements, i.e. the BP at the Aortic artery which is the better indication of stress on the heart and therefore critical for patients with high BP, and anything less - well it's as useful as current cuff monitors, which is where the issues arise from prescribing medication based on this reading and cBP.
This is why all drug makers use our tech to decide dosing in their labs, as medication based on cBP is very different to one based on cuff-BP.
