Peace22, I am also a shareholder but have not received this offer as yet. Is this actually an invite from Gooroo, and not PTR? I am asking because in a communication on June this year PTR announced that : Gooroo proposes to undertake an Initial Public Offering in the near term. The Gooroo Board has informed Petratherm that any Petratherm shareholders who apply for shares under Gooroo’s Prospectus, will be given priority over applications received from the public.
What I can say is that Petratherm has been in a coma for the past 3-5 years. Some minor attempts at getting some kind of business activity, but none got off the ground. Very disappointing.
