They expressed aninterest, in writing, to undertake a transaction which would allow eMM to make application forlisting on ASX as soon as possible. eMM does not have the required 300 shareholders to meet ASXlisting requirements and is a proprietary limited (Pty Ltd) company requiring transition to a public(Ltd) status. GOO can offer them that route as we have the constitution, corporate governance,policies and procedures required of a listed public company which can assist them reducing the costand streamlining of a listing process.An introduction has been made between GOO and eMM to determine whether there may be anopportunity for eMM to list after being acquired by GOO, a form of reverse takeover (RTO).
