I agree. Like when they decoupled gold from the USD. Nixon made the announcement on Sunday, 15 August 1971, as well as introduced wage and price controls for 90 days to check inflation. Checkmate. Everyone was holding USD that can no longer be exchanged for gold, Suddenly the USD becomes a fiat currency, effective from that announcement.
Many will be caught by surprise when banks impose a daily limit for withdrawal on a Monday, or such other actions like it. Central Banks all over the world are already putting a cap on cash transactions. It will be so easy to control the system when more and more transactions are digitised, and paper currencies usage are drastically reduced.
Yes, prepare yourself accordingly.
