Just crunching some numbers....
Based on say for this exercise an increase in the gold price of say $150.00 Aus an ounce.
Just my thoughts here on what has happened today......mmmm
Based on say $6.1 million ounces of gold (resource) and an increase in the gold price for rounding and for this example of say $150 Aus an ounce.
6,100,000 x $150.00 = $915,000,000 or for those who hate zeros =$915 million.
Say for ease there are 900 million GOR shares on issue.
That equates to $1.016667 c per share, or up over a $1 dollar based on this example equation.
I know we aren't a producer at the moment but shares up .04c (four cents) or only 3.9% on the intrinsic value ($1.01667) of increase in the gold value alone today.
Is that a big discount to intrinsic increase in value of the company or am I missing something???
IMO we should be at 12 month highs now.
JMT
Good Luck to all Holders.
Cheers Aussie
