I did mention this a while ago. The article simply states, if the data is in China, or transiting China, or leaving China. Then the CCP can take the data, no questions asked.
If, and it's a big if, Netlinkz are allowed to operate, then they have given CCP backfires access / keys to the product.
no western company would touch a product with these links, especially the US gov. Huawei is a great example of a company in the CCP's pockets, which is now causing tension amongst the 5 eyes alliance, where they will likely kick the UK out if they proceed with it.
it now negates the entire purpose of a secure network within China or exiting China.
privacy, secure networks, vpns, are effectively dead in China at this point in time, unless of course the government has full access.
