    OK, FWIW I've had a read of the press clippings, and I don't think it's relevant to DML. My reasons:

    1. He became chairman of NuCoal in 2010, well after the alleged "events".
    2. He left DML in May and they have issued many public statements and updated resource estimates since then.

    He may not be Einstein. Knocking back CRC was not the act of a genius. But I wouldn't go further than that.
