In a ovenproof pan brown 500 gm fillet in the following:
two tablespoons butter
two cloves crushed garlic
one piece thyme

Roast in the oven until it reaches 55 to 60 c

Baste occasionally

Relish made in the pan by frying the following:
One medium diced onion
One chilli sliced chilli

When brown add the following:
One teaspoon cherry vinegar or a squeeze orange juice
One piece basal

Mayo made by mixing in a small bowl the following:
3 tablespoons mayo
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard

Toast four slices bread

Place each on a serving plate

On each place a small hand fill salad greens

¼ relish

¼ sliced beef

¼ mustard mayo
