Thats a sign that much of the hoo ha on HC is hooey.
You dont drop $300k on a stock you know is going down the gurgler. You drop it one one you believe is a bargain. many very good studies have shown that director buying or selling is a very good clue as to where the SP will be going before long. Eg director selling right through the US housing sector predated the crash and was heavy. They can smell the wind. We only get what passes out the other end.
