longtak, couldn’t care less what you think. In fact I have been telling people about AVZ for the past year. A few think it looks the good and a few see risk, a few individuals took the punt and one in particular is doing very well.

Now responding to why only now bring this up with family and friends, simple reason we have just derisked considerably and we know what’s coming up. As with most get togethers people talk about all subjects and often in my circles investment conversations especially property tends to pop its head up. so when it comes to talking stocks, AVZ is a clear choice for me.
