Not getting bundled out and staying firm - capitulation time all round in the current spec market - she is no different. NY has been alarmingly volatile of late on extremely light volume and coupled with the post Olympics and the yelping that the commodity boom is over is not helping.
Happy to hold abut not happy about the price.
