At the time Oxides was ramping up, CMR would have needed to grab any available Tom Dick or Harry off the street to fill positions due to the labour shortage in the mining industry.
Times have changed in the labour market. Perhaps CMR could cull some of their inexperienced underperforming staff at the mine and get in experienced resourceful people with proven track records in running a mine. the problem they face now is that many employees would have completed their probationary period.
There must have been a lot of people look at that faulty screen. Why has it taken so long for them to not effectively solve the problem and realise the screen needed replacing.
In September they assessed there was only a couple of weeks work to be done to get the circuit operational. It has taken 4 months to not complete what was supposed to be a couple of weeks work.
Here's hoping they might have learnt from their mistakes and we get full production asap.
