A deal-breaker for me is the miner, developer, or exploreco's address in an "iffy" jurisdiction, not necessarily country, eg. some US or Mexican states.

The above don't include revolution, rule of law, terrorism, or anything of Biblical proportions (watch the news for too many examples).
I economically believe in Au, and fudamentally in producers like GOR.

PS Besides Australia, some US states, Canada, some Mexican states, and the list markedly shrinks after that are investable.
