I'm a bit late to the VHM parade due to a festive season work embargo, but as a holder of several mineral sands and RE developers I'd be interested to understand more about the Goschen project as on the surface it looks very similar to ATR's (held) Donald WIM mineral sands/RE project.
Were the DFS financials ever publicly released? I see there is some detail given in the prospectus and particularly the CSA Global independent assessment in annexure F, but I can't find any financial metricise such as cashflow projection, IRR, payback period etc.
