You are right, No two deposits are the same: So knowing that these strand line deposits contain Monazite as the main RE mineral and that Monazite is a major source of Thorium then we should expect to see a full blow Radionuclide Control plan, as Lynas were obliged to provide for Kalgoorlie ?
You either ship the Thorium off with the RE Concentrates (Look what happened in Malaysia) or you extract them from the product in a concentrated form and dispose of them in a secure/controlled facility. Whichever way you choose it has to be well documented or you will never get EU ESG accreditation !
