Sky, finally a constructive post. The sale will still proceed on September the 6th (or thereabouts) as stated in the announcements, meaning the contract will be signed , witnessed and all that jazz to make it official. Why would SSN have to wait until december to receive the remaining money??

The purchaser and SSN have changed the conditions so the buyer will receive the 'expiring' leases in december (which sounds like only a few), eveything else (the majority) is settled in september, along with the money
