The buyer is still doing their DD to make themselves comfortable that all the titles can legally be transferred to them. Their inability to get this done quickly was the reason for them missing the original completion date back in July.

All of these statements made today by SSN give me additional confidence that we will get the full amount upon completion, ie top dollar but it doesn't change the fact that only the DD will determine if all of the leases can be transferred.

I look at it in a pretty simple way mate. Either you believe they have the titles to sell or you believe they have auctioned off something that they don't own and all of this was for nothing. Anybody who believed the latter should have sold their stock and run for the hills long ago. For the rest of us surely it's just a matter of watching the clock while the DD proceeds and making sure they are ticking all the boxes as they go so we can be sure we get the full $79mil rather than the lesser amount.
