Peter Landau- Nkwe have not lost the prospecting rights on "N" farm. Since the court decision back in April is being challenged then [the prospecting rights are only set-aside] of the time being.

The DMR haven't set them aside that I know of. So who set them aside. Has there been a court hearing? There must have been.
