Pardon me Mark but did you just say that the board deserves a "pat on the back"? Jesus christ, I'll start running credit checks on every potential company I invest in, in the future. Hell i'll start running credit checks on my children to ensure that can repay the loans I give them.
You are a MF and a board sympathizer. Having our money tied up for reasons FULLY ACCOUNTABLE TO MICHAEL FOTIOS AND THE BOARD, does not deserve a "pat on the back" whatsoever the case. They are the ones who got us (SH's, contractors and staff the like) into this absolute mess in the first place.
