Correct.
Right now: probably deserve a lashing/board overhaul (not literally, but I'd be happy with whatever the Corporations Act equivalent of a lashing is).
If in 12 months the board isn't overhauled but we're looking at a company actually trading, with all outstanding payments made, producing gold and with half decent cash flow: They can have a pat on the back with their Corp Act-based lashings
