I seem to recall that ( at the AGM ) in conversation with CR or MF that some of the rebates were still due and expected 'any day now'.
also stated at the AGM was that the Investec loan facility hadn't been drawn as yet and the notes seem to indicate that as being part of the liabilities.
I can't recall where I saw it but I believe some of the debts were converted to equity.
All in all, while you might be right, I suspect the actual debt figure is less than it looks.
