Armstrong's workings have been around for some time now - and mentioned by Dub, the guys on the DJIA thread etc many times earlier.

Perhaps you could tells us also why your opinion is such - eg is it more than a hunch - is it based on TA or FA reasoning or to what degree are you persuaded by Armstrong's work?

BTW as for investing 200k - I would ask the poster 1st:

What are his/her expectations of return/risk?

How would they describe themselves in terms of risk/reward etc
