At 9.01am precisely the news of the patent expiry reaches the backwaters of suburban Perth.

At 9.10am the dynamic duo rush to the airport, with only time to grab a sample spray bottle from Carol and the graph of the new improved “Blues” special stiffy mist.

On the flight to China Woolfy makes up the label. True Bluebush stiffy mist. Makes you root as fast as an ostrich. He glues it on the spray bottle along with a picture of the Australian coat of arms.

They land in Shanghi and rush to the first street corner. True blue stiffy mist Steve enquires of an elderly gentleman hanging around aimlessly. Steve shows him the absorption performance curve. Woolfy explains how ostriches are very quick.
