As long as it is not before the end of the year, or we effectively give away 1 in every 6-7 shares we hold.
IMO if we get the farm-in the enterprise value can't be less than 3.5c/share, assuming we retain 30% of the Seychelles lease.
If 70% is worth $50M, the remaining is worth about $21M, we get $14M for back costs, and we've got $12M worth of seismic booked and effectively paid, and $3M+ cash on hand.
