Previous companies have a bad history of being delisted many times by the ASX due to non-compliance and failure to lodge half-yearly financial reports.

Coopers Resources and Australia Pure went bust with lawsuits, fraud, jail time and providing false or misleading information to ASIC. On Q Group Ltd is no better.

Not sure why they call themselves Stemcell when the definition of Stem Cells is:-
